We want you and your baby to love your Lalabu gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in new, unwashed condition. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit for your parenting journey with zero stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
